Training course “Improving the historic olive grove for a sustainable tourism model“ – 1st Module
Department Coordinator UNESCO Chair "Agricultural Heritage Landscapes" of University of Florence organizes the course “Improving the historic olive grove for a sustainable tourism model”.
The training program is aimed at enhancing the local agricultural heritage of the GIAHS site recognized by the FAO: “Olive Groves of the Slopes between Assisi and Spoleto” and is part of the activities carried out within the MED-GIAHS project financed by the European Union through the Programme Interreg Euro-Med.

1st Module: The GIAHS approach: from the five criteria to the concept of dynamic conservation
Trainers: Dr. Antonio Santoro and Dr. Francesco Piras
